At Bon-Luxe, we pride ourselves
on offering the highest quality of merchandise. If for
any reason you are unsatisfied with any item you
receive, we will gladly accept it as a return, provided
we receive it within 30 calendar days of the item’s
shipment date, and will refund you for the original
purchase price, minus shipping and gift wrap fees.
Kindly let us know the reason for your return so we may
serve you better in the future.
In the unlikely event that we
processed your order incorrectly or shipped you a
defective item, we will gladly take back that item and
credit you the purchase price, sales tax and original
shipping and wrapping costs – and take whatever
corrective action you instruct us on your return form
(enclosed with your package).

instructions on our easy return procedure.
NOTE: We cannot accept the return
of any item with an indication that it has been used, or
is in un-resalable condition, except as described above
for defective items.
Final Sale
Merchandise that is marked “Final
Sale” on our website, as well as on your invoice, is
Final. No returns will be accepted on Final Sale
merchandise. We may allow you to exchange a Final Sale
item for another size, depending on availability. Please
contact Client Services to inquire about Final Sale
merchandise exchanges.
Return/Exchange Instructions
For your convenience, we have
included a pre-paid UPS return label with every order.
If you choose to return your purchase, please call our
Client Services, 1-866-554-0576 to schedule a
complimentary UPS pick up. If you choose this return
method, a processing fee of $10 will be deducted from
your refund or credit.

Please allow 10-14 business days
after your package has been received by our return
center for your return to be processed and credited. If
you are requesting an exchange, we will make every
effort to process and ship the exchange within that
timeframe.
Shipping Information
We pride ourselves in the quick
handling of your orders, with most in-stock items
shipping within 24 hours of ordering; however some
orders make take up to three business days to process.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
